1. Copyright on photography
 All photographs on this website are the property of and copyright © of Global Automotive Connection (GAC) and therefore owned by Tony Matthews and Carmen Baumann. The photographs are protected under United Kingdom copyright law, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and international laws. There are substantial penalties for infringement.
Prints of the images are sold for display purposes only. Ownership of a print of the images sold does not constitute ownership of copyright. No reproduction rights are granted through the purchase of a print.
 
2. Website/logo or handed out DVD’s with photographs taken by us
The use of any of the images included on this website in whole or in part for any purpose including copying, reproduction and selling to another publication (including those on an internet website only), licensed magazine under the same publisher or another publisher, is expressly prohibited without the prior written permission of Global Automotive Connection (GAC).

3. Unauthorised use
If you see one of our photographs on a Web page or in a magazine and there is no credit, then it is almost certainly a case of unauthorised usage. Please notify us by sending an email at the address below.

Please note that non-commercial use of our photographs is free but must be credited; commercial use is not free, with terms negotiable on an individual basis.

4. Written consent
It is also not permitted using pictures in whole or in part taken by Global Automotive Connection (GAC) to enhance any private website or Magazine in any country without our prior written permission.

5. Quotations
Quotations are based on a be-spoke service.
We would like to make you aware, that for any arranged payment for your shoot 2% will be donated to a charity of our choice.  Please let us know if you would like us to hand the donation to one specifically named below.

6. Payment terms
Payment and cancellation terms are provided by Global Automotive Connection (GAC) at the time of quotation.

All points mentioned above are for individuals or Clubs only.
